I’m thrilled to have a Filmora Pro subscription and can’t wait to use it in the future. I’ve briefly explained what I experienced in the last two to three weeks. Would You Switch from Filmora to Filmora Pro? So let’s stick to whether or not you should keep using Filmora or switch to Filmora Pro for a better video editing experience. However, I could compare Filmora X with Movavi Video Editor. I won’t hesitate to compete Filmora Pro with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Premiere Pro. Filmora X is an excellent video editor for beginners, whereas Filmora Pro is out of the beginners’ league. I think Filmora X doesn’t compete with Filmora Pro.

Filmora XĪs much as I hate to, I need to talk about Filmora X versus Filmora Pro, which isn’t entirely appropriate, especially when we’re discussing the editing software upgrade.

If you have a Macbook or Mac computer, it may not be an issue, but check with the system requirements before purchasing it. It’s important to understand that the software doesn’t have a problem, but instead, my computer wasn’t capable of running the software. It became difficult to finish editing a simple video. So my machine doesn’t meet the system requirements to run this software smoothly.Īs a result, the software was lagging and slowing down my laptop. You should pay close attention to this part: I have an i7 Dell Laptop with 12 GB RAM, but the machine doesn’t have a graphics card.
So I want to give you an idea of the pricing model. The Filmora X lifetime subscription is priced at $70, whereas the Filmora Pro life-time subscription has a price tag of $150. The almost similar proportion applies to life-time plans. The Filmora X annual plan costs $40, and the Filmora Pro costs $90 per annum. The pricing often plays a pivotal role in making a purchase decision for many customers. It has a whole heap of features to check out. I can promise you one thing, whenever I’ll get back to using Filmora Pro, I would have to watch so many video tutorials on Filmora Pro. Plus, it comes with customizable effects and detailed color correction features that help the Filmora Pro software stand out. Filmora Pro has had all these features all along. Filmora didn’t have motion tracking and keyframing until Filmora X. It indicates that there are so many features available in the software. I used Filmora Pro for a while but couldn’t try all of the features and options. Do you want to pursue video editing or YouTube as a career? If the answer is yes, then go ahead with Filmora Pro, but make sure to read the whole blog post.
